Yesterday I shared with you guys “How to Style Last Season’s Boots” (or tall boots). So today I decided to take my own advice and use my guide to style my boots from last year…you know the ones I made sure to pack but have yet to wear (yes still irritated by that revelation).

Anyway, as some of you may know I am really into wearing my boyfriend’s clothes this season. So I decided to wear my boots as an over-the-knee with an XL men’s t-shirt as a dress! I layered it with a beanie and the coolest drapey anorak jacket…it has really awesome detailing, with seams, waterfalling, and ties.

Tip: You can wear men’s L & XL t-shirts as shirt dresses. Next time you’re shopping, head over to the men’s department and have a look, so many options!

Tip: Create the illusion of an Over-the-Knee Boot by wearing them with thigh-high socks in a matching color. A great way to update last year’s riding style boot.

I am so into beanies recently because I’ve never lived in the cold, and it’s a great way to keep in body heat and stay extra toasty. Luckily they are also a great accessory to any outfit!

Fall weather is so unpredictable. Tip: Include a lightweight jacket with your fall wardrobe. On warmer days they’re perfect, not too hot & not too cold.

Black T-Shirt | Drapey Anorak | Thigh-High Socks | Tall Boots | Beanie

(This Jacket is no longer offered in this gunmetal color. It is available in an army green jacket…so I hyperlinked a matching green beanie instead of a dark grey one)

Do you have any boots from last season that you love? How do you style them? Let me know in the comments.
