I have always been a fan of the cargo pocket army jacket…and every fall have lived in one. My favorite was a lightweight version I had bought on sale from Express (it was perfect in every way). Sadly, over the summer while I was at work a pen exploded in the pocket and ruined the jacket. Since then I have scoured the earth (ok maybe a little dramatic) in search for a replacement…but to no avail. I found a jacket from Ross that came close. But it had a hood, and I am not a fan of a hooded jacket (I feel it makes it unwearable indoors).
I shelved the issue through summer, but the craving for that perfect cargo army jacket returned once that first breeze of cold air hit my skin. I went on the hunt again, and lucky for me it was a short one because I found this AMAZING jacket at Forever21 (yes, it has a hood, but it’s detachable!) and for such a great price!
